These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AISTA (Artificial Intelligence for Scientists & Technical Advancement Organization) platform, including our website, member portal, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for researchers, scholars, institutions, and partners engaging with AISTA's research-support services. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Certain platform activities may earn Credits, which can be used to access research resources or platform benefits, subject to the eligibility rules and limits described within the member portal at the time of the activity. AISTA may adjust, suspend, or correct Credit balances to address errors, abuse, or violations of these Terms. Any reward withdrawal is subject to review and applicable platform rules.
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to AISTA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit to the Platform remains yours, but by submitting it you grant AISTA a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it as necessary to operate the Platform.
AISTA may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Platform poses a risk to AISTA, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISTA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
